A design sprint with the aim of finding a charity website needing to elevate the donation experience
In a team of 4, we have searched for a charity website whose donation experience was not up to a good standard, either by not providing a clear and seamless way to donate or/and by not engaging a potential donor with their cause.
The team came across the UK site of the Alzheimer's Association:
